Rules & Policies
The use of ICT Gardens facilities is subject to the following important rental policies. Please read them completely before making your reservation.
1. Payment
- All payments are to be made in cash and upon arrival. The key to the facility and remote control to enter the complex will be provided as soon as full payment is received.
Note: Partial payments not accepted for stays shorter than one month. For longer stays (3 months to a year) other rules of payment may apply).
2. Fair Use Policy
- Guests or tennants are not allowed to rent the location to third parties.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or condominiums.
- It is not allowed to keep pets at the facility.
- Please be considerate towards your neighbors. Loud or boisterous behavior will not be tolerated.
- Keeping extra (unregistered) guests is prohibited and will incur the additional charge of $20 per guest per night.
- Facilities are to be used for the sole purpose of housing; business practices are not allowed on the premises.
3. Reservation
- To make a reservation, call or email us using the provided contact form. Please supply all necessary personal information such as first first and last name, phone number, home address, number of persons staying with you, notes regarding special needs, and dates of arrival and departure. For corporate guests, please provide the name of your place of employment.

Given that we don’t require a deposit/reservation fee, we work on a basis of reciprocal trust. Please be so kind as to inform us of any changes or cancellations within at least 30 days of planned arrival.
